All order will be packed and dispatched 1-3 business days from purchase. Shipping time and cost will be displayed at check-out.

SK'NZ is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 1 day for tracking information to be updated.

You may return a new and unused item within 14 days of the purchase. SK'NZ will refund the cost of purchase of the product, minus any shipping and handling charges. The Items must be returned in their original condition; unfortunately, no refund will be made for products that have been used.

If our product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to send a replacement as soon as possible.
